SPP Offer Booklet

The Little Green Pharma Ltd (“LGP” or the “Company”) Share Purchase Plan offer (“SPP or Offer”) is open to persons (“Eligible Shareholders”) with a registered Australian or New Zealand address who held ordinary shares in the Company as at 7pm (AEDT) on Monday 8 February 2021 (“Record Date”).

Eligible Shareholders may apply under the Offer for up a maximum of $30,000 worth of new shares in the Company at the same issue price as the recent LGP Placement, being $0.65 per share. The Offer opens on Monday 15 February 2021 and closes at 5pm (AEDT) on Wednesday 3 March 2021.

Guidance on applying for SPP shares

Below is some guidance on how Eligible Shareholder can apply for and pay for new shares under the SPP.

Step 1: Review the Offer Booklet terms and conditions.

Step 2:

If you have already received your personalised Application Form, you can pay your nominated subscription amount:

  • using BPAY® through your relevant bank or financial institution. Please submit your payment referencing your personalised BPAY® Reference Number. If you apply via BPAY you are not required to also submit your Application Form; or
  • by completing your personalised Application Form and posting the completed Form and cheque for your nominated subscription amount to the Company’s Share Registry address specified on the Form,

in each case before the Closing Date. That’s it, you’re done!

New Zealand Eligible Shareholders that are unable to pay by BPAY® should contact the Company’s Share Registry at on +61 3 9415 4000 at any time from 8.30am to 5.00pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday during the Offer period for alternative electronic funds transfer payment arrangements.

Step 3: If you have not yet received your personalised Application Form, to obtain a replacement copy of your Application Form you can at any time go to www.investorcentre.com and either login using your login details and password, or alternatively by clicking on the icon below on the Investor Centre homepage:

Step 4: Now, enter:

  • your SRN or HIN number (including the X or I).
  • your postcode/country.
  • the Company’s ASX code (LGP).

Step 5: Go to ‘Statements and Documents’ and click the drop-down list to select “SPP Applications” dated 15 February 2021 at the top of the page. This will allow you to download your personalised Shareholder letter and PDF Application Form.

Step 6: Apply and pay for new shares as set out in Step 2 above. That’s it, you’re done!

What if I can’t locate my SRN or HIN?

Your SRN consists of the letter ‘I’ or ‘N followed by ten numbers (e.g. I0012345678, N0012345678) and can commonly be found on holding statements or payment advices previously sent to you. If you cannot locate your SRN you can call the Share Registry’s investor services representatives on 1300 850 505 for one to be issued to you. Please note a fee may be charged for a replacement. A Holder Identification Number (HIN) links your personal details to your investments on CHESS or Broker Sponsored holdings. It consists of the letter ‘X’ or ‘L' followed by ten numbers e.g. X0012345678, L0012345678. If you don’t have your HIN you will need to contact your broker who will assist you.
